Shipping & Returns
All UK orders over £40 are shipped absolutely FREE! There is a £3.95 charge for orders under £40.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days, however orders received after 5pm on a Friday are shipped the next working day (the following Monday). No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

European orders are subject to a £12 shipping cost.
Worldwide shipping is not offered.

You should receive your lovely products within 5 working days, however do contact me if you have not received your items within this time frame.

Return & Exchange Policy
I am totally committed to providing you with the best customer service and hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason there is a problem, simply return your unused item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement item. I will consider the condition of the item when issuing a refund.

Please note: Original delivery charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any further postage / returns costs unless the item has been incorrectly supplied.
